Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30 days return policy! We accept returns on all non customised products within a period of 30 days. The products must be in a “re-sellable” condition with all original tags and branded packaging.
To initiate a return please send an email to [email protected] for our customer service team to send you return instructions for your order.
The return must be received by our office at our returns address within 30 days of your original order being delivered.
Any shipping costs incurred returning the parcel are at your own expense.
Refunds & Product Returns
Returned items are available for a full cash refund
Please send customer service an email stating your order reference and reason for your return. Customer service will respond with the full returns information.
Once returned a full inspection of your item has been carried out, an email confirming the status of your return will be generated.
Once a confirmation email of the status of your return has been generated all refund issues will be sent via email & all refunds will be processed back to the payment card used at purchase and will be initiated within 7 days.
Return Shipment Costs
We offer a free return service, simply print off the shipment label we email you and drop the parcel off to your local courier office.
